We do not do any vet work or pre-purchase exams.We strongly suggest that you have a veterinarian examine your selection to make certain the horse meets with your expectations.We will happily arrange an exam,at the buyers expense. Known vices and documented lameness will be disclosed prior to purchase.All horses will come with a current coggins which will be provided within 10 days of delivery.The horse becomes your property at the transfer of funds, or payment,even if the horse remains on our property.The purchaser is then responsible for any illness,injury or death.
